All orders need to be placed before 14:00 GMT to be delivered next day. Due to our location we cannot get a later collection than what we have so this is out of our control.

    • FREE for orders over £200.00 (Net of vat)
  •    DPD or Parcel Force Next Working Day Delivery:  £6.50 *(+vat)
    • 1 - 1 Working Days
    • FREE for orders over £200.00 (Net of vat)
  •    P/Force - Highlands of Scotland, Isle-of-Man, N.I. :  £15.00 *(+vat)
    • 2 - 4 Working Days
    • FREE for orders over £500.00 (Net of vat)
  •    P/Force - Channel Islands :  £20.00 *(+vat)
    • 1 - 7 Working Days
    • FREE for orders over £500.00 (Net of vat)

    • ALL International orders will need to contact us for pricing.

* All postage has to be charged VAT, International or UK. This is out of our hands. The VAT office say that it has to be charged on all parcels as it is a service and requires packaging and labour to process the order so therefore it is vat-able item. Sorry! I know this is difficult for some overseas to except but we don't make the rules.  

If your business is off the beaten track it may be delayed arriving due to bad access or communication between shop staff and driver. If you are not at your delivery address between the hours of 8.30 & 6pm I suggest you leave a number. live in a remote area, (eg up a mountain, on a desert island or in the jungle!) it might take a little longer, but trust that we use the best delivery guys in the business so you will receive your order as quickly as possible.

We are currently unable to offer a Next Day service to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, FK, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KY, KW, PH, PA, TR21-25, ZE. These orders will ship on a 2 days service with a lot being delivered quicker but we can't guarantee it

Do you ship internationally?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking email which will allow you to keep up to date with the status of your order. We will also let you know when your item is out for delivery. 

I don't think that my order has arrived yet?

If you are concerned about the status of your order, please check your email and your junk email folder to see if you have any email updates or a tracking number. 


I think there is something missing from my order?

Occasionally we have to ship several items from one order separately, so if you think there may be something missing from your order, please check your parcel thoroughly for a note that mentions any added delivery information. If you cannot find a note, please contact us with 7 days of you receiving the parcel.
