AJP master cylinder seal repair kit for the AJP front brake and clutch master cylinders using DOT 4 brake fluid.
These seal kits come with either a 16mm, 20mm or a 22mm plunger that fits in the rubber boot and goes between the lever and the piston. Most modern trials bikes use a 22mm plunger. If unsure both seal kits will work but you may need to adjust the free play adjuster on the lever to suit.

22mm is the most common size found on AJP master cylinders.
20mm has been discontinued, please use the 22mm version instead & adjust the lever freeplay.
16mm is used on some of the small AJP master cylinders with the inline plunger. Sadly no whas been also discontinued, please use 22mm version.
This AJP seal kit can be used on the Grimeca clutch and front brake master cylinders used on the late Beta Rev3 and the Beta Evo trials bikes, the main difference is the circlip holding it in place, the supplied circlip with the AJP kit will work fine or if you prefer the Grimeca set up you can happily reuse the original washer and circlip.
